We are proud to offer reformer classes for every age, fitness and experience level in our boutique studio. Each class is capped at 6, to ensure that each person receives individual attention. All classes can be booked online or by calling our reception on 9565 5363. If a class fills up, you will also be able to pop yourself on our waiting list. Reformer Foundations

The perfect introduction to reformer pilates! This class will introduce you to the equipment and focus on establishing a great base for your pilates practice with beginner level exercises. If you're new to reformer pilates or a bit rusty, we recommend moving through a 10 week cycle of these classes before progressing to Reformer Open. Each week in Foundations we will be focussing on a new foundation concept of pilates, working our way through all 10 so you will be well equipped to progress to our Open classes. This class is also suitable during pregnancy or for those coming back from an injury and needing a little extra attention.

Reformer Open

After you feel comfortable using a reformer, this is the ideal class for those wanting to expand their skills and knowledge. This is an intermediate level class and will move at a faster pace than our Foundations classes, so there is a degree of assumed knowledge and experience with pilates. If you're new to pilates, are pregnant or coming back from injury, please stick to our Foundations classes for the 10 week cycle :)
