We are proud to offer reformer classes for every age, fitness and experience level in our boutique studio. Each group class is capped at 5, to ensure that each person receives individual attention. We also run private and semi-private sessions. All classes can be booked online or by calling our reception on 9565 5363. Private & Semi-Private Sessions (Clinical Pilates)
Clinical Pilates differs to the group reformer classes in that it focuses on the patient’s individualised needs and tailors programs specific to these needs. This may include injury rehabilitation, pregnancy/post-natal management or even injury prevention. Clinical Pilates is led by a qualified physiotherapist who is able to analyse which specific Pilates exercises will suit the patient and develop a program to address their needs. From here, you can aim to progress to our group reformer classes at a pace that suits you and your body’s needs. Please call or email us to book! (These classes can be claimed through your private health fund)
The perfect introduction to reformer pilates! This class will introduce you to the equipment and focus on establishing a great base for your pilates practice with beginner level exercises. If you're fairly new to reformer pilates or a bit rusty, we recommend moving through a 10 week cycle of these classes before progressing to Reformer Open. After 10 classes, you will be well equipped to progress to our Open classes.
After you feel comfortable using a reformer, this is the ideal class for those wanting to expand their skills and knowledge. This is an intermediate level class and will move at a faster pace than our Foundations classes, so there is a degree of assumed knowledge and experience with pilates. If you're new to pilates, are pregnant or coming back from injury, please stick to our Foundations classes for the 10 week cycle :)
