  • I’m a physiotherapist, Accredited Exercise Physiologist and strength and conditioning coach

I recently finished my masters of Physiotherapy at the university of Sydney in 2022. Prior to studying my masters I worked as an AEP in the central west of NSW in Orange. Recently I have been working at a gymnastics, strength and conditioning gym where I help people build strength, increase aerobic capacity and learn fun skills like handstands!

I have grown up playing every sport under the sun, my favourite being soccer and futsal. I also love exploring different training systems, from powerlifting, functional fitness to CrossFit and trying to understand the relationship between performance, pain, injury and rehab. I currently compete in olympic weightlifting and in my spare time love learning new gymnastics skills.

Outside of the clinic and gym, i love spending time with my partner and puppy french bulldog Jet.
