This will depend on your diagnosis. At move, we believe in creating a program that educates our patients and allows them to become independent and knowledgeable about self-management techniques for long-term and chronic conditions. We don't believe in treating our patients for the sake of it or without specific clinical justification and necessity. You should therefore expect to come in for an initial appointment and at least one follow up consultation. After this period, you can work out a management plan that suits your individual needs (and budget).

Great question! We believe in the healing power of movement for everyone, but especially for those rehabilitating injuries. Our pilates instructors are skilled in working with patients with a variety of injuries and can offer private or group training. Our physios will communicate your specific needs and limitations (if any) to our pilates instructors so that you will get the attention you require, even in our group classes. Pilates is excellent for improving strength, stability and mobility! Ask your physio for more information at your appointment.
